Coach Dale started Martial Arts back in 1996 and Muay Thai is 2005.

Had a few fights but had to step away from fighting due to injuries. Now focusing on growing the sport of Muay Thai in Canada. Top Notch has a growing fight team that started up in 2021.

Privates are available 6 days a week, Times are available in between classes. Ether before or after classes

Training sessions will be high cardio. Warms ups in class are circuit base. Having multiple stations / rounds to hit an all around full body warm up.
We like to push the pace and get a solid sweat on before pad sessions.
